To schedule an appointment use the scheduler below, call 919.680.1029 or email [email protected]. You do not need to contact your counselor before signing up for an hour in most cases. We will email/send you electronic paperwork via the SimplePractice scheduler. It is critical you complete this paperwork prior to your appointment. You can schedule an appointment up to an hour before on the same day.
Telehealth video sessions are always available. Just send us an email letting us know you want telehealth and we will send you a link and directions.
We have been using the HIPAA compliant Simple Practice platform for telehealth mostly. I'll email you a link before the session for our specific session time. You can download the app ahead of time on any device including your phone.
If you are scheduling with a spouse or partner please email their name and email so I can add them to your scheduled appointment and send them informed consent sheets.
If you are wanting to schedule with "Give an hour" please email me ahead of time before scheduling.
Please give a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling unless there is a medical emergency or there is a $50 fee.
