Kristen Stuhlmueller, MA, LMFTA
Hi and welcome. My name is Kristen and I'm a therapist here at Hall Family Therapy. I am Certified in Imago Relationship Therapy and specialize in helping couples in all stages to reconnect, heal, and move toward conscious and fulfilling relationships. I also help couples who may be navigating separation or divorce to find peace and closure.
I enjoy working with individuals facing everyday challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and a variety of other mental health concerns. I am a depth-oriented therapist and am trained in Internal Family Systems, known for its efficacy in treating trauma.
I understand that childhood experiences and relationship conflicts can shape our subconscious beliefs about ourselves and get in the way of living life with intention and purpose. By developing awareness and compassion for ourselves and others, we can begin to untangle our stories and view them through new lenses. I work to empower my clients to find meaning and reconnect to their authentic selves. By integrating all parts of ourselves, we can experience incredible transformation. Seeking therapy is a courageous step towards healing and I would be honored to walk with you on this path of inquiry and growth.
To contact Kristen call 919.351.2709 or email Kristen@HallFamilyTherapy.com or schedule on https://hallfamilytherapy.clientsecure.me/

Stanley Hall, PhD. LMFT
Hello I’m Dr. Stanley Hall, and I’ve been practicing counseling for close to 20 years and married for 21 years with 5 kids. I’ve learned a lot in that time and I can help you. A lot of people are looking for a guide and a mentor and something like a “big brother” to help them get through these unprecedented times that are demanding so much growth in us. A lot of men especially are looking for another man who can help them during this time with their relationship, their work, their fatherhood, and their personal well-being overall. I’m here to help, and I can help you today. I probably have openings in my calendar today if you want to look right now or just text me at 919.444.3226
I’ve helped a lot of couples too. Not couples that hate each other, but couples that want to figure things out, couples that want to actually learn how to change and get along with people. I follow a protocol with couples that helps them learn the principles and practices of a healthy relationship. This will revolutionize the way you get along with everyone in your life including your spouse and kids. I help men and women together or individually figure out how to have truly happy relationships that they can keep up forever.
Let me help you today. You can schedule online for a free initial consultation with me right now.
To meet with Dr. Hall please sign up for a consult on our scheduler at https://hallfamilytherapy.clientsecure.me/ or email him at Stan@HallFamilyTherapy.com to discuss setting up a meeting and finding out if this is the best fit for you.
