I work with individuals who are ready to grow, heal, and step into their most authentic selves. Whether you're navigating life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, spiritual questions, or recovery from abuse, I offer a compassionate space to process, rebuild, and thrive. The best part? Change doesn’t depend on anyone else. Healing and healthy relationships are within your reach.
With 16 years of marriage and five kids ranging from toddlers to teens, I bring both professional insight and real-life experience into my work. I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and create emotionally safe relationships.
I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, and Jungian approaches. I'm pursuing licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), and I've applied to a Ph.D. program at NC State in Counselor Education and Supervision. If you're ready for honest, meaningful work—I'm here for it!

Jasmine Moretz
Hi! My name is Jasmine, I am a graduate-level clinician pursuing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with plans to seek licensure as an LCMHC-A in North Carolina. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater balance, authenticity, and emotional ease—one thoughtful step at a time.
I work with individuals who are ready to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with who they are beneath the noise of everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or a season of transition, I offer a calm, supportive space where growth can feel both intentional and attainable.
I believe meaningful change happens when we become more aware of our choices, our emotions, and the patterns we carry into our relationships. Therapy is a collaborative process—one rooted in honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and creating practical shifts that align with your values and the life you want to live.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality/Choice Therapy. I help clients explore how thoughts, behaviors, and choices shape their experiences, while also developing tools for coping, communication, and healthier boundaries. I am especially drawn to work that supports emotional clarity, self-trust, and more connected relationships.
I am currently seeing clients under supervision and will begin offering sessions.

Stanley Hall, PhD. LMFT
Hello, I’m Dr. Stanley Hall, and I’m thrilled you found our webpage and are checking out our counselors here at Hall Family Therapy (HFT). We are sincerely interested in bringing you the best therapy.
Helping you with your family issues, traumas, and perhaps serious mental illness like bipolar are what I wake up thrilled to help people with!
I’m sure will love how Internal Family Systems theories takes the best aspects of systems work and applies it to your largest and smallest problems so that they disappear often the same day. With 20 years of EMDR practice, I would say that you won’t find a better trauma therapist than me. I’ve had training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Prolonged Exposure and CBT-Trauma and a bunch of other treatment approaches designed to help people let go of their emotions and feel free to move and breathe and exist without wanting to hide.
I think you and your family deserve to get to know the real version of you that isn’t living out of fear!
Treatment starts as soon as you sign up on our online calendar and start preparing yourself to experience the life changing benefits of therapy. I am passionate about helping couples and using the Gottman’s research based approach (GMCT) for couples. If you are thinking about couples therapy, let’s talk because I believe I have the answers for you.
I accept BCBS and Aetna for all therapy except marriage therapy because insurance doesn’t reimburse for it.
