Kate Wilson
Welcome! I'm Kate Wilson, a Licensed Cliniocal Mental Health Counselor Associate based in North Carolina with over five years of experience in the field of psychology. I work with individuals ages 11 to 75, offering compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In my practice, I also work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, or those seeking deeper self-awareness and personal growth. For couples, I offer therapy grounded in the Gottman Method to help build stronger, healthier relationships.
I have a strong background in working with autistic individuals and supporting families navigating that journey. Currently, I'm pursuing my BCBA certification to deepen my work with the autistic community and provide even more specialized care.
My approach is collaborative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered approaches—to create a safe, personalized space for healing and growth.

Isaiah Jewett Hello, my name is Isaiah Jewett and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I find deep meaning in supporting couples and families. I aim to help you navigate conflict, distance, and the transitions that reshape a relationship.
It’s common to feel stuck in patterns that seem difficult to change. My role is to walk beside you as you find clarity, motivation, and direction. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and use them to make choices that align with your values and bring you closer to those you love. Parenthood and family life can feel overwhelming at times. My counseling offers a safe and supportive space to work through those challenges with greater resilience and understanding.
As someone with a Hispanic background, I understand how multicultural identities shape our experiences and day-to-day lives. I bring cultural sensitivity to my work, honoring your background and the unique lens it brings to your relationships. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and trained to offer therapy fluently in both languages.
Currently accepting new clients in person and virtually across North Carolina. Reach out to schedule a consultation and see if working together feels right for you. I’d be honored to support you on your journey. https://book.carepatron.com/Hall-Family-Therapy/Isaiah?p=mSk4Kh.URRiBZ39VCgRFdg&s=nFqnHs6Y

Stanley Hall, PhD. LMFT
Hello! I’m thrilled you found our webpage and are checking out our services. I sincerely enjoy getting to know my clients and learning about their hopes and dreams, and helping them find the best paths forward through our sessions together.
I enjoy helping people with their relationships, their work issues, and just about any family issues, traumas, and perhaps serious mental illness, like bipolar.
If you aren’t familiar with Internal Family Systems (IFS) I would be happy to introduce you. All my interns and counselors also learn about this miraculous method of creating deep change in the mind. With my skills I can help you significantly lower your depression, anxiety and addiction whether it is extreme or just ordinary life stuff that it seems like others might be handling better. Often people’s lifelong problems disappear the same hour as their doing IFS with me! I’ve got 20 years of EMDR practice and want to help you work through your distresses and traumas. I’ve also had training in Prolonged Exposure and CBT-Trauma and a bunch of other treatment approaches designed to help people let go of their emotions and feel free to move, breathe and just exist. Using Heart Math is perhaps the best way to install positive feelings after removing any negative feelings.
You and your family deserve to get to know the real version of you that lives fearlessly.
Treatment starts as soon as you sign up on our online calendar and start preparing yourself to experience the life changing benefits of therapy.
Everyone has problems in their marriages and we can neutralize and compromise them with Gottman’s
research based approach (GMCT) for couples. If you are thinking about couples therapy, let’s talk because I believe I have the answers for you.
I accept BCBS and Aetna for all therapy except marriage therapy because insurance generally doesn’t reimburse for it.

To meet with Dr. Hall please sign up on my online calendar:
