I work with individuals who are ready to grow, heal, and step into their most authentic selves. Whether you're navigating life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, spiritual questions, or recovery from abuse, I offer a compassionate space to process, rebuild, and thrive.
The best part? Change doesn’t depend on anyone else. Healing and healthy relationships are within your reach.
With 16 years of marriage and five kids ranging from toddlers to teens, I bring both professional insight and real-life experience into my work. I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and create emotionally safe relationships.
I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, CBT, and Jungian approaches. I'm pursuing dual licensure in Marriage & Family Therapy (LMFT) and Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), and applying to a Ph.D. program in Counselor Education and Supervision.
If you're ready for honest, meaningful work, let's do a session.

Caroline Grier
Hi! My name is Caroline and I'm so glad you’re here! I believe that any time is the right time to start therapy. Whether you’re struggling with your mental health right now or not, let’s work together to reach your goals and create lasting change. I like to describe my therapeutic approach as integrative where I draw from several evidence-based approaches that are tailored to your individual needs. At the core of my practice, I am person-centered and holistic. I find value in the therapeutic relationship as the catalyst for positive change and understand the person as a whole (mind, body and spirit). I acknowledge that each individual has a different story to tell with a unique lived experience. Come as you are, let’s explore your strengths and values and find what works for you to heal and grow.

I’m currently in my last year of my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Catawba College. Prior to pursuing my masters degree, I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Appalachian State University. My relevant work experience includes working with children with autism, oppositional deviance disorder and ADHD both in school and clinical settings.

I work with teens and adults (ages 16 and up). My areas of interest include, but are not limited to, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem/body image, relationship issues, and identity challenges. If you think we may be a good fit, please reach out!

Stanley Hall, PhD. LMFT

Hello I’m Dr. Stanley Hall, and I’ve been practicing counseling for over 20 years and married for 24 years with 5 kids. I’ve learned a lot in that time and I can help you. A lot of people are looking for a guide and a mentor and something like a “big brother” to help them get through these unprecedented times that are demanding so much growth in us. A lot of men especially are looking for another man who can help them during this time with their relationship, their work, their fatherhood, and their personal well-being overall. I’m here to help, and I can help you today. I probably have openings in my calendar today if you want to look right now.
I’ve helped a lot of couples too. Not couples that hate each other, but couples that want to figure things out, couples that want to actually learn how to change and get along with people. I follow a protocol with couples (i.e., Gottman Method Couples Therapy) that helps them learn the principles and practices of a healthy relationship. This will revolutionize the way you get along with everyone in your life including your kids and coworkers. I help men and women together or individually figure out how to have truly happy relationships that they can keep up forever.
Let me help you today!
